ENGINEER ASHORE
Real-time support from former chief engineers who’ve done it all.
Our Engineering Ashore division is dedicated to supporting onboard engineers with expert, real-time assistance from veteran yacht engineers. Every member of our team has spent years working at sea, so they understand the challenges, time constraints, and technical standards required on board. Whether you need advice, hands-on fault diagnosis, or a relief Chief Engineer, we provide responsive, practical support that keeps your vessel running smoothly. As a Yacht Club Member, You’ll Have Access To: Setup and management of planned maintenance systems for all major and critical onboard equipment Remote troubleshooting and fault-finding support across all technical systems Coordination and scheduling of qualified service technicians for onboard repairs Onboard inspections to assess system condition and develop service plans Sourcing and verification of correct parts for repairs and preventative maintenance Organisation and cataloguing of onboard spares, with maintenance programs kept fully up to date Short-Notice Relief Engineers We also provide highly qualified relief engineers at short notice: All relief engineers hold a Class 1 Marine Engineering License Available for assignments of up to two weeks to support crewing or cover shortages If longer-term cover is required, we can source a suitable candidate and ensure a smooth onboarding and technical handover From diagnostics to delivery, consider it handled.
